Throughout my artistic career, I have been traveling to many places that have naturally inspired me and triggered my interest in photography. Over the years my Portfolio has been growing significantly. I get inspired by nature, animals, people, cities, and artwork. You can view some of my work in various categories on Flickr.

I have visited 70 countries on this planet. 😍🌿🌴🌍🌞🍱🤸🏽‍♂️🏕⚓️✈️🚠⛴⛩❤️ I am so grateful that I was able to see these places and have many amazing experiences.

 

USA

Alaska Juneau-Zip Lining, Skagway- Gold Panning, Juneau- Huskies Sled Dogs & Puppies, Wildlife watch (I saw a brown bear, bald eagles), Skagway, Ketchikan, Glacier Bay, Hubbard Glacier- Gold Panning, sled dogs, bear watching, and bald white eagle watching.

New York (I have lived there for 1 year!! Manhattan, Brooklyn- lived there for 15 months studying dance at the Alvin Ailey American Dance Centre)

Massachusetts (Boston)- saw the Boston Tea party ship, walked the red line

Washington (Seattle)- great shopping/city walk

Maryland (Baltimore) city walk

Pennsylvania (Cleveland) city walk

Philadelphia- Liberty Bell/city walk

Ohio (Dayton) city walk

Washington D.C- Visiting the White House and Obelisk

Indiana (Cincinnati)

California (San Francisco- Alcatraz, Pier 39 Sea lions, Catalina Island - beach day, San Diego- Zoo, Santa Clarita - lived there 3 months, Los Angeles- Hollywood sign, Walk of fame, Marilyn Monroe Museum, THE GROVE shopping experience, and nice restaurants)

Nevada (Las Vegas)- saw some Casinos, went to see Siegfried + Roy with their white tigers at the MIRAGE Hotel

Arizona (Grand Canyon- three sisters, snow-capped mountains, driving forever...what an amazing landscape!)

Florida (Tampa, Miami, St. Augustin, Orlando, Ft. Lauderdale- the Everglades, Air-boat saw alligators)

Hawaii (Oahu- Honolulu, Kauai-Nawiliwili, Maui- Lahaina, Big Island- Hilo)- Ocean Centre, volcanoes, Waterfalls, hikes

Bahamas (Freeport)- Beach and swim for 3 weeks there whilst the ship was in dry dock!! HEAVEN!

Oregon (Astoria) Just a walk around town, very hilly experience + lovely sunshine.

Tennessee (Nashville)- I rehearsed for Celebrity cruises there for 1 month. It was a nice time. We did a city walk and ate out a few times. We paid the famous HUSTLER sex shop a visit just for fun :-)

Illinois (Chicago- I lived there 3 months in the windy city!! Somehow I will always love that place. I took amazing ballet and Jazz classes there @ the home of Hubbard street dance Chicago - my favorite dance company, Art Institute Museum, Zoo, city walk, cycling, and roller skating along lake Michigan.

EUROPE

Germany (Berlin - I have been living there for 1.5 years. I also saw a bit of Frankfurt, Bremerhaven, Bremen, Halle an der Saale, Nürnberg, Koblenz, Rostock-Warnemünde where I did some cycling, beach, eating fish)- I did ballet auditions in most of those towns.

England (London and all over- lived there for 13 years, I had dance work and later on massage work as a qualified Therapist. I did a fair amount of life modeling. I also worked in a few offices and enjoyed that part-time)

Italy (Lignano - holiday, Napoli  city walk, Pompei - Vesuvius and lava city, Pisa -  Torre/city walk, Trieste - Grotta gigante/city walk, Civitavecchia, Ventimiglia - lunch with friends, Genova, Bari, Venice- Gondola ride and eating out, Florence, Rome - Collisseum, city walk, Milano - Cimetero monumentale, Il duomo, city walk)

Spain (Barcelona- I lived there for 4 months!!! I loved improving my Spanish. That is the main reason for my "moves abroad". I did city walks/the Parque Güell/admiring the Gaudi architecture/Sagrada Familia)

 

Mallorca- beach holiday, Menorca- I worked as a dancer living with 3 colleagues traveling to various hotel resorts to perform a kids-Disney show each night), MADRID (sightseeing)

Malta (Valetta)

Greece (Katakolon, Rhodes, Mykonos- Palace of the knights, Piäus, Athens- Acropolis, Corfu, Santorini-donkey ride up to the town+4wheeldrive, Thessaloniki, Syros, Lavriòn, Kavàla, Karpathos-beach holiday, Tolon, Mykene)

Denmark (Kopenhagen- the little mermaid, city walk, taking ballet classes with my friend at the Theatre where they play Phantom of the Opera)

 

Sweden (Malmö- I did an audition for a contemporary company there and it was winter and freezing cold!)

Turkey (Urban Ören, Kusadasi- Ephesus ruins, Antalya - city walk, Istanbul - Blue mosque/Haga Sofia/Cisterns/city walk, Kundu/ Aksu- I worked there for 5 months as a production dancer in one of the Hotel resorts and it was a fun, but also challenging experience. We were a very international group of dancers. It was a hell of a time!), Dikili - beach walk photos

Gibraltar (the Rock, where we met wild monkeys)

Hungary (Budapest- I did a 2-week Ballet camp there when I was 14!)

France (Paris, Monte Carlo, St. Raphael- I rehearsed there for 2 weeks for a French ship called LE BORÈAL, Cote l´andoque rossignol), Marseille - city walk/lunch

AFRICA + SOUTH WEST ASIA

S-Africa (Capetown- we climbed Table mountain, sightseeing, swimming in freezing water at Bikini Beach)

Marocco (Tangier - city tour, oriental markets, arts, and craft)

Tunisia (Tunis- city walk, tour)

Egypt (Sharm El-Sheikh, Alexandria, Cairo, Ghiza- amazing Camel ride to the Pyramids through the desert!!)

Ecuador Guayaquil (Iguana park, city walk, a taxi ride, and a taxi driver gave me an apple, yep he did! How generous. I did big wheel ride with Zuzi to overlook the entire place. It was such fun!)

Argentina Buenos Aires, Ushuaia- Puntarenas-Argentina Magellan Penguins up and close channel Ushuaia- Katamaran-sail seeing wildlife (Sea lions, birds, snowcapped mountain tops - what a natural beauty!!)

Chile Valparaiso, Puntarenas- Otway Sound where I met the wild Magellan Penguins near to touch! Glacier El Brujo and zodiac ride up and close!

Darwin (We really wanted to find the Darwin museum, but failed. It was super hot and humid and we just kind of got lost in some forest, haha!)

Tauranga (I did the exciting Wild water Rafting!!! We were a big group. All the dancers so it was a lot of fun.)

PACIFIC ISLANDS

Fidji (Dravuni Island - one more incredible beach day with drinking coconut milk straight out of the coconut. The natives slice it open for you with a machette)

Savu Savu (Suva, Port Denaru...beach beach beach, a purely exotic experience)

New Caledonia (Noumea, Ouvea)

Vanuatu (Vila- climbed into a scary cave and dived/swam in the water!!!)

Fr. Polynesia (Raiatea, Moorea, Bora Bora- I swam with Blacktip sharks and I touched stingrays)

Tonga (Rarotonga, Nuku alofa,...beach beach beach - as I will never tire of it)

Tahiti (Papeete, town walk, cute little shops where you find curiosities)

American Samoa (Pago Pago, exotic as usual...never afraid to venture down the unknown paths to get into the less touristic areas)

Isle Of Pines (What can I say? It was a beach day. This island is very tiny as are a lot of them. You can walk around the isle in 10 minutes)

Cook Islands (beach days)

Moorea (amazing scenery, white sand, the perfectly bent palm trees, amazing snorkeling)

BORA BORA (This is my dream - fantasy island!!)- it is the cleanest and untouched I have ever seen. White sand beaches bent palm trees. No people! We had a native take us to a small island where we had a beach all to ourselves. We swam with blacktip sharks and did many photos of dance-lifts in knee-deep water.

CARIBBEAN

St. Maarten (It is a special place for me - as I did my OPEN WATER DIVER certification there!!! I had awesome dives between 10-12m depth seeing stingrays, lionfish, shipwreck, airplane including reef sharks!)

Aruba (Oranjestad- I did my ADVANCED OPEN WATER DIVER certificate there! Diving is one of my passions. I simply cannot let it be)

Grenada (Beach days, the town is very run down and there is poverty everywhere in the Caribbean)

The United Arab Emirates, Dubai (City drive, beach, Burj Khalifa, Water fountain show, Burj Arab, meeting friends eating @ the Mango Tree), food

Oman, Muscat (Sultans Palace, Opera House, city drive)

ASIA

Thailand, Phuket (good Thai Massage - some of them anyway ;-) for 7€ 1.5hours

Thailand, Bangkok (Chao Phraya river ride through canals, Pat Kho Temple Sleeping Buddha, skewers snacks, coconuts, eating fried frogs, seaweed sheets, market stalls)

Thailand, Kho Samui (Awesome Thai Massage or Oil Massage, Island Tour to Elephants + Waterfall, City Walk + shopping, drink+ eat a coconut)

Vietnam (Floating Market, great interesting food such as “crabs, cockroaches, Grasshoppers, Scorpions and maggots to munch on”, Dried sheets of Seaweed as a snack, coconuts to drink +eat)

Singapore (Marina Bay Sands Hotel (16Euro Aperol spritzer on the 57th floor, experienced the great view down onto Singapore, pool on the top), Little India, China Town, Malls + mad shopping)

Malaysia, Penang Penang Museum Heritage + City trail, Rickshaw ride, History, Camera Museum, Batik Shop, Coffee shop (weird kinds of coffee)

Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur: Petronas Towers, Independent Square, eating fruit Durian (yes, the stinky fruit!)

Malaysia, Langkawi: Bat cave speedboat through the Mangroves, Fishing Village on stilts, holding a huge weird crab with shell, Brown Eagle

MEXICO

Acapulco (Very got city walk, beach, watching Fishermen fish)

Ensenada (4wheel drive on the beach such fun!)

Huatulco (We did Jet-ski there, such fun!)

Cabo San Lucas (I did the best ever Dolphin swim there:-)!!!

Puerto Vallarta (visiting a Resort with a pool and beach, very beautiful!)

Cozumel - I have some dear memories from there. I did the Atlantis Submarine, Xcaret Adventure Park, Scooter Ride around the Island, Zip-lining + wall climbing, snorkeling, Atlantis Submarine, Rìo Secreto Cavern+ Cave tubing, diving- I saw my first ever seahorse, Flounder + massive Stingray- it was amazing - all of it!
